Digital Analytics Specialist

Section A – Specific Responsibilities
- Develop measurement frameworks for new digital initiatives and evolve those for existing platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define success indicators and tracking parameters.
- Manage, document, and maintain tagging infrastructure and definitions.
- Implement advertising pixels and cookie consent tags via Google Tag Manager or similar tools.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure accurate data collection across digital properties, including drafting technical requirements and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) as needed.
Analytics and Reporting
- Monitor and analyze key digital performance indicators (KPIs) across web, email, and mobile platforms using tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud reports.
- Work with the business intelligence team to create and enhance dashboards that track performance against business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth analyses to identify trends, user behaviors, and optimization opportunities.
- Perform regular cookie audits to maintain and optimize compliance using the OneTrust tool.
Recommendations and Optimization
- Provide regular recommendations to marketing, product, and business teams to improve engagement and conversions.
- Support campaign performance reviews and post-mortems with data-driven analyses.
Collaboration and Governance
- Ensure data integrity, privacy compliance (e.g., CASL, Quebec Law 25), and alignment with corporate analytics standards.
- Collaborate with CRM, marketing, and deployment teams to align analytics with overall digital operations.
- Participate in digital literacy and analytics skill development initiatives within the organization.
Section B – Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital analytics, ideally in healthcare, retail, or regulated industries.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Amplitude, or similar platforms.
- Experience with tag management systems (e.g., GTM), data visualization tools (Power BI), and SQL.
- Proficiency in cookie consent management tools (OneTrust).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance indicators.
- Bilingual (English/French) preferred.
Assets
- Experience with SMS and MobilePush campaigns.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (AMPscript, HTML/CSS).
- Familiarity with omnichannel marketing strategies and customer journey mapping.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position $70,600 - $117,600
