At Biologics by McKesson, our mission is to simplify access to medication and deliver personalized care that helps patients achieve the best-possible outcomes — one patient, one partner, one therapy at a time.
The Manager, Patient Access & Reimbursement Operations will lead a team responsible for specialty pharmacy patient access, reimbursement execution, and affordability programs supporting rare disease and high-cost therapies.
You'll own the end-to-end referral-to-therapy process, including benefit verification, prior authorizations, appeals, pharmacy coordination, and patient assistance programs while driving daily operations, team performance, and workflow optimization.
