Director of Operations

The Director of Operations provides strategic leadership for a high-volume distribution center, with full accountability for operational performance, P&L, and people leadership. This role drives cross-functional execution, optimizes performance, and builds a high-performing culture aligned to McKesson's ICARE and ILEAD values.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end distribution center operations, including P&L, inventory, and service performance
• Develop and execute strategies to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency
• Partner cross-functionally (HR, Finance, Engineering, Transportation, Sales) to drive results
• Build and develop a high-performing leadership team and workforce
• Ensure compliance with DEA, FDA, OSHA, and company policies
• Champion a culture of safety, engagement, and continuous improvement

Minimum Requirements

• 10+ years of operations experience, including 4+ years leading leaders
• Proven experience managing large-scale operations with financial accountability

Preferred

• Distribution, supply chain, or pharmaceutical experience
• Experience with WMS and large-scale operations environments

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

$125,400 - $209,000
