Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, greets visitors and student clientele. Provides information concerning university activities and administrative services. Answers the telephone, processes mail, and photocopies, assembles, and files documents.

Additional Information: Temporary job, from September 1, 2025 to May 16, 2026. Day, evening, night and/or weekend schedules from Sunday to Saturday. Locations are: La Citadelle, Carrefour Sherbrooke, Royal Victoria College, Bishop Mountain Hall, New Residence Hall, Solin Hall buildings in SHHS.
