Internet Sales Manager

McCarthy Auto Group is a fast-growing, customer-focused automotive group committed to delivering an exceptional buying experience. With a large inventory of new and pre-owned vehicles, we're looking for a motivated leader to take our internet sales team to the next level. This role is responsible for managing online leads, building effective sales processes, coaching a team of internet sales specialists, and ensuring an exceptional digital-to-showroom customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all online leads from inquiry to close, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Develop and refine internet sales processes for improved efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor lead sources, CRM usage, and digital marketing effectiveness.
• Utilize GM resources to improve dealership process and metrics.
• Oversee the scheduling, confirming, and tracking of customer appointments.
• Implement effective follow-up processes for missed or "no-show" appointments to re-engage potential buyers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize online listings, website content, and advertising campaigns.
• Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure the highest level of customer service from first contact to vehicle delivery.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in an internet sales or BDC leadership role.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and internet lead management tools.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong understanding of digital retail, online lead generation, and internet marketing.
