As a member of the Managed Services team, the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (ERP) Solution Architect will help MCA Connect deliver world-class customer service. A Managed Services Solution Architect will be self-motivated to troubleshoot and resolve issues with the Dynamics 365 ERP application. The Solution Architect can include and are not limited to a variety of projects within Managed Services that may consist of Upgrade Projects (AX 4.0, 2009, 2012 -> D365), optimization of existing systems, net new module implementations, or higher-level troubleshooting for cases.
The Solution Architect is responsible for overseeing and executing on the Solution scope of Dynamics 365 F&O as well as for assisting clients in the implementation and support of Dynamics 365 F&O. They will be involved in improving operational metrics, business case development and performance measurement. They will provide functional knowledge and manage client relationships within context of individual role. Position requires up to 50% travel.
The Solution Architect should have business functional experience to support analysis first at a business process level, comprehension of business terminology, and a variety of best practice knowledge to support effective translation of requirements.
The Solution Architect must also have practical experience in other process areas of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/Dynamics AX to configure and implement a cohesive solution that best fits the needs of the customer and to support the project team.
Minimum of 5 years Dynamics 365 F&O/Dynamics AX as a implementation functional lead
Minimum of 2 full lifecycle Dynamics 365 F&O/Dynamics AX implementations (Analysis – Deployment)
Minimum 5 years of industry and/or consulting experience
Certification in Dynamics 365 F&O/Dynamics AX Supply Chain/Production/Finance, or attainment of certification within first 90 days of employment.
Strong industry experience within Manufacturing
Strong system knowledge of 2/3 core modules (Finance, Production, T&L/WMS)
Working knowledge of industry specific best practices
Excellent communication, planning and organization skills
Strong customer relationship skills
Ability to establish priorities and work independently
Ability to travel up to 50%
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
English: Fluent
Valid Driver's License
Certification in at least one other Dynamics 365 F&O/Dynamics AX module, or attainment of certification within first 90 days of employment.
AX 2012 experience
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Accounting or related field
Experience with other Dynamics 365 ERP/Dynamics AX Modules
Experience with any of the frequently used ISVs: SPS Commerce, ATOS, SKGlobal, CCH, Credit card processors, ExperLogix
APICS CPIM or CSCP
$120,000 - $170,000 a year PLUS Uncapped Supplemental Compensation (Bonus) Plan paid out quarterly
