Description of the Position

Within the AOS activity, you will join the support client team composed of 10 technicians and you will intervene with our employees, clients, and partners. Your main mission will be to assist and troubleshoot our employees and clients on the accounting expertise applications of Mazars in France.

As a Client Support Technician, you will:

• Take charge of the request, provide a response and, if necessary, either provide a solution or transfer it,
• Take charge of requests in compliance with the service contract regardless of the channel (incoming call or ticket),
• Ensure the follow-up of requests in compliance with the procedures in place,
• Be the guarantor of satisfaction through its responses and actions by applying best practices,
• Use the client support tools,
• Alert on repetitive requests and inform the hierarchy in case of difficulties, disputes, or anomalies,
• Write FAQs (frequently asked questions) and participate in capitalization.

Qualifications

You have experience in a similar position. You have studies in management information systems or you possess skills in certain of the applications. Beyond the business skills, we are looking for talents who wish to progress with us and evolve with Forvis Mazars. The ideal candidate has:
