Description of the Position

The Financial Advisory Services department of Forvis Mazars brings together all the financial expertise needed to support our clients in their strategic operations: due diligence for acquisition and disposal, litigation, valuation, corporate finance, restructuring, modeling.

In the context of the strong development of its activities, the Transaction Services department in Lille is looking for Junior collaborators to participate in the completion of missions such as:

• Due diligence (at purchase as well as at disposal);
• Modeling or critical review of business plan;
• Adjustment procedure of prices;
• Financial and accounting carve-outs.

Qualifications

Graduate from a top business school, engineering school, or university, you possess the following qualities:

• A keen sense of human relations that will allow you to be attentive to our clients;
• An ability to adapt to different problems, and a desire to confront the field;
• Knowledge of accounting and financial techniques;
• An analytical mind, rigor, and the ability to take a step back;
• Writing skills and a strong capacity for synthesis.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is necessary.
