The Board shall regulate the practice of psychology, the practice by psychology associates, and the practice of behavior analysis. The board consists of six members: one shall be a behavioral analyst licensed in the District; and one shall be a consumer member. No member shall be appointed to serve more than three full consecutive three-year terms.
