What Are You Accountable For?

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape for Telco API services.
• Assist in developing product sales tools, presentation materials, and customer-facing documentation.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for new product features and service improvements.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the product management team as required.
• Support the coordination and launch activities of new products and features, particularly the Maxis Mobile Identity (Telco API) offering.

What Projects Will You Be Involved In?

• Participate in the launch of Maxis Mobile Identity (Telco API) — a key initiative to help banks and e-commerce platforms prevent fraud through secure digital identity verification.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including enterprise business, marketing, and technical delivery teams to bring new digital services to market.

What Do You Need To Have For This Role?

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and customer insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Eager to learn about digital services, product management, and enterprise technology solutions.
