- The Senior Marketing Analyst will analyze digital marketing growth and performance campaigns across multiple channels. - They will develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics and KPIs. - Conducting A/B tests and experiments to optimize campaign performance is a key responsibility. - The role involves collaborating with agency partners to refine audience segmentation and media targeting strategies. - The analyst will work with Product and Engineering teams to implement tracking mechanisms and optimize ecommerce user experience. - Mapping the customer journey and analyzing user behavior to improve acquisition and retention outcomes is part of the job. - The position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate has a BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, or a quantitative field such as Economics or Statistics. - They possess over 7 years of hands-on experience as a marketing analyst, particularly in Growth or Performance Marketing analytics. - A deep understanding of various digital marketing channels, including paid media, SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, is essential. - Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics is crucial for success in this role. - The candidate should have experience with A/B testing and building experiment plans to optimize marketing campaigns. - Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with reporting tools such as SQL and Tableau are necessary. - Excellent communication skills are required to convey data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
