✨ About The Role
- Responsible for growing existing residential real estate accounts and signing new brokerages in the Chicagoland area
- Develop and execute account plans for the top 10 accounts in the territory, focusing on revenue growth and agent adoption
- Prospect daily by phone and email, educating potential clients on Matterport’s services and value propositions
- Organize and execute events with clients and local realtor associations, presenting Matterport services at office presentations and webinars
- Travel up to 50% to support client needs and business, serving as a critical feedback loop from the market to Marketing, Product Management, and leadership
âš¡ Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in either an inside or outside sales position within the Residential Real Estate market
- Demonstrated track record of overachievement in a sales arena, showcasing revenue growth and adoption by agents
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, to effectively present services and value propositions
- Strong detail orientation, communication, and listening skills to provide superior service and act as an escalation point for issues
- Passionate professional that is self-motivated and able to work autonomously
