- The Senior Technical Account Manager will lead the onboarding process for key customers, ensuring a smooth implementation of Mattermost. - Responsibilities include making architectural recommendations for software deployment and adjacent technologies to ensure high availability and scalability. - The role involves delivering best practices and consulting based on previous successful deployments of Mattermost. - The candidate will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Support teams to resolve any issues during the onboarding journey. - The position requires capturing detailed documentation of customer design and deployment decisions for future reference.

⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Support, or Solution Engineering. - A strong technical background is essential, with the ability to read and understand code in modern programming languages and SQL. - Proficiency in Linux and experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes are required. - The candidate should have a solid understanding of DevOps, IT operations, security, and cloud technologies. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to effectively engage with technical customer resources and present the value of Mattermost.
