The Operations Analyst will ensure the integrity and accuracy of commercial systems and data across the Identity's Revenue Operations ecosystem. This role supports scalable growth by maintaining Salesforce hygiene, validating contract and billing data, and enabling actionable insights by reconciling key data.

Requirements:
Preferred BA or equivalent 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles in a SaaS environment. Hands-on experience with a CRM. Proficiency in Excel or spreadsheets. Familiarity with rate cards, billing systems, and contract workflows. Strong analytical skills and experience with data reconciliation across systems. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
