We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to be part of The Mastercard Foundry R&D team. You will be part of the team that drives Mastercard's innovation journey by consistently looking to discover and learn new skills and technologies and apply them to create highly scalable products. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, willing to experiment, agile, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.

Experiences across the stack — from backend (e.g., Java Spring Boot, microservices) to frontend (React/Angular), mobile (iOS/Android), and databases (SQL, NoSQL). Full-stack experience is a huge plus. Experiences in developing & running AI / ML & Generative AI solution using various cloud-based AI platform, such as Databricks, Azure AI Foundry, or AWS AI Stack, is preferrable. Solid understanding of agile development methodology, clean coding practices, testing driven development and continuous integration & deployment. A passion for innovation, emerging technology, and building products that matter. A growth mindset with a "can-do" attitude and willingness to go above and beyond. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills and the ability to work within a team and team of teams across various geographical locations. Experiences working on scalable product development with understanding of the software development best practices.
