MassMedia is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Services Intern to join our team. This internship offers exposure to the inner workings of a full-service agency and provides hands-on experience supporting account management, strategic research, client presentations, and creative project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and formatting of client-facing presentations, proposals, and reports
• Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to support campaign development and strategy
• Help prepare materials for client meetings, including presentations and agendas
• Collaborate with internal teams to track progress on creative projects and ensure deliverables align with client objectives
• Support creative briefing processes and help facilitate the flow of information between departments
• Assist with proofing and reviewing creative content to ensure quality and brand alignment
• Maintain project documentation, including timelines, meeting notes, status trackers, and feedback logs
• Participate in team brainstorms and contribute ideas for client initiatives
