We're the core HR & Talent team at Massive Bio; a two-person team who own every aspect of our global employee experience. One of us leads all things Talent, the other drives HR operations. Your work will help us:

• Coordinate global HR and recruitment activities
• Own and manage communication with HR and rest of the business
• Drive candidate and interview coordination
• Shape processes that actually help us hire better, faster, and smarter

If you learn quickly and take ownership, you'll even own interviews, representing Massive Bio and leading candidate conversations.

What Your Weeks Look Like

Expect high-ownership projects:

• Recruitment activities, candidate pipeline tracking, and communications you will actually own
• Shadow and run interviews (once ready)
• Receive direct written tasks, daily assignments, and rapid feedback
• Analyze recruitment and HR data to advise on process improvements
• Help build out talent and HR processes globally
