Job Summary
The WaterPark Guest Services Lead Supervisor performs a variety of customer relations services at Massanutten WaterPark related to retail, merchandising, and admission functions. Their primary responsibilities include admissions sales, assisting customers on the retail sales floor, and ensuring daily sales targets and client satisfaction goals are met. Responsibilities also include greeting guests and answering incoming phone calls, maintaining the cleanliness of the retail sales floor, arranging retail displays, and assisting with retail inventory. Will also assist with the WaterPark Guest Services Assistant Manager with supervision of department operations as need arises. Prior experience in working with the public is preferred and must have excellent communication skills.

Must be at least 18
Ability to communicate effectively with guests of all ages
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multi-task

Proven supervisor and customer service experience
