The IT Support Intern position will be responsible for tasks and projects assigned by IT Management. In addition to these tasks, the IT Support Intern position will work with Support Desk operations to ensure that service tickets and requests are being handled in a timely and thorough manner, escalating to the IT Technical Support Supervisor as needed. This position will have time dedicated on a bi-weekly basis to work with someone on staff for educational opportunities. The individual must be able to manage initiatives individually or as a member of a team.
Basic IT knowledge and understanding
Valid driver’s license and approved driving record
Strong attention to detail
Excellent customer service and communication skills
A desire to learn and grow in the I.T. field
Days: Workdays are Monday through Friday within the standard IT operational hours. Interns are not expected to be part of the afterhours on-call rotation.
Hours: Shifts run from 9 AM to 5 PM, ~30-40 hours per week.
