Summary: Responsible for performing the cleaning and sanitation of manufactured parts in accordance with established standards.

1. Follow clean room procedures and guidelines.
2. Clean and organize room and equipment.
3. Label, package, and document products when applicable.
4. Notify supervisor of any damaged goods.
5. Maintains work area up to cleanroom standards.
6. Keep operation of tanks; including cleaning and filling tanks.
7. Use and maintain calibrated equipment.
8. Perform degreasing operations.
9. Work with various chemicals such as acetone, IPA, and solvents.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills:

• Ability to read and understand work instructions from Quality Management System documents, correspondence and memos
• Oral communication skills
• Ability to perform basic mathematical functions; able to compute rate, ratio, and percent

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No experience necessary: in-house training provided.
• Previous janitorial experience preferred.

Working Conditions: Normal Production environments, subject to high noise levels from operating machines; physical hazards from moving equipment and sharp machine parts; breathing fumes, dust and mist; skin exposure to oil and cutting fluid; exposure to sharp metal edges, and forklifts

Physical Requirements:

• Must have ability to read applicable customer/Tell Tool documents with or without corrective lenses.
• May have lift up to fifty (50) pounds or more at a time.
• Must be able to push, pull, reach overhead, stand, walk, climb stairs, bend and/or sit for long periods of time.
• Ability to wear a respirator as needed.
