The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor and consultant to business partners, communicating HR initiatives that support organizational goals. This role is responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. This is a hybrid position. Candidates must be within a reasonable commuting distance of either our Ipswich, MA or Birmingham, AL locations.
• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business partners to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and drive organizational effectiveness.
• Talent Management: Consult on workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives. Partner with leaders to identify talent gaps and implement solutions.
• Employee Relations: Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and practices.
• Organizational Development: Support management initiatives, organizational design, and team effectiveness strategies.
• Performance Management: Drive performance management processes, coach leaders on feedback and development conversations, and ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Compensation: Partner with Compensation to ensure competitive and equitable compensation.
• Workplace Inclusion: Champion inclusion initiatives and foster an inclusive workplace culture.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure HR practices comply with federal, state, and local laws.
Your team: You will be working with a highly collaborative team with diverse skill sets.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner role, with demonstrated knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Minimum of 4 years of direct experience in employee relations, including handling investigations, conflict resolution, and advising on discipline/corrective actions across all levels of the organization.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA).
• Ability to influence and coach on strategic initiatives.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and meet communicated deadlines.
• Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Pay Range: USD $71,935.00 - USD $102,765.00 /Yr. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, education, training, and experience, as well as the position's work location.
