Software Engineer Opportunity

The National Security Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for a Software Engineer with a SECRET clearance to work in our Tewksbury, MA office. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the C-sUAS Engineering and Integration mission. In this mission, our team is focused on providing engineering and integration support throughout the entire kill chain to 20+ C-sUAS sites globally. The primary project focus for this role is a C-sUAS software integration and cloud deployment effort.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must possess and maintain active DoD Secret clearance or above to be considered for role. (US Citizenship required)
• Experience working with multiple programming languages
• Experience with C-based languages such as C++
• Experience with Java
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, and a strong problem-solving mindset
• Familiarity with the Atlassian suite, including Jira and Confluence
• Familiarity with Gitlab
• Familiarity with Docker and Linux based containerization

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the C-sUAS Domain
• Experience working on projects with a multitude of repositories
• Experience implementing agile methodologies
• Experience with Go, Python, Rust, or JavaScript
• Experience using Artificial Intelligence tools (e.g., Sourcegraph) to develop software

Pay Range: $85,150.00 - $153,925.00
