The Senior Strategy Leader is responsible for developing, communicating, executing, and sustaining strategic initiatives. This role involves working closely with senior leadership to identify and implement strategies that drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance competitive positioning. The scope of the role includes strategic initiatives across the Defense Engines product group, including turboprop, turboshaft, and turbofan applications. The position is based on-site, where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead projects that are vital to our company's success.
Develop and implement long-term strategic plans aligned with the company's vision and goals.
Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities and threats.
Lead cross-functional teams to shape strategic initiatives and build consistent processes for resource allocation.
Collaborate with senior executives to ensure alignment and support for strategic projects.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
Monitor and report on the progress of strategic projects, making adjustments as necessary.
Identify and recommend needed capabilities to support the strategy.
Evaluate new business opportunities, including potential mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
Communicate strategic objectives into clearly defined outcomes and progress to stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
