ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on expertise on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in Scripting, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Rest Integration, Service Portal, and UI Builder, with added advantage if certified application developer and experienced in CSM, NowAssist, and AgenticAI implementations. Responsibilities include:

  • Design, develop, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs.
  • Build and maintain Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Integration APIs.
  • Develop and enhance Service Portal components, Catalog Items, Widgets, and Workflows.
  • Utilize UI Builder to design and configure modern, scalable user interfaces.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Support CSM (Customer Service Management) implementations with configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Explore and implement NowAssist and AgentAI capabilities to improve automation, intelligence, and customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with coding standards, performance optimization, and platform best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues within ServiceNow applications.

Requirements include:

  • 6+ years of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong expertise in Script Includes, Service Portal development, and UI Builder.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow Scripting, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS, React for ServiceNow customizations.
  • Experience in ACL, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Reporting/Dashboards.
  • Ability to work in Agile / Scrum methodology.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice to have:

  • Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • Implementation experience in Customer Service Management (CSM).
  • Exposure to NowAssist (GenAI features) and AgenticAI solutions.

Salary range: $120,000 - $130,000.
