We are currently seeking a Part-Time Program Manager, Volunteer Services to work 24 hours per week during the day shift. This role will consist of three shifts per week, with a flexible schedule. In this role, the Program Manager works in collaboration with the Chief Operating Officer to enhance the patient experience, support hospital staff and departments, and engage the community through a dedicated volunteer program.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
1. Bachelor's degree required. 2. 3-5 years of related experience working with volunteers preferred and 2-3 years supervisory/management experience preferred. Previous experience in a healthcare setting, with patient experience, or with hospital volunteers is also preferred. 3. Experience in supervision and training is valuable. 4. Advanced skills with Microsoft applications which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access and other web-based applications. May produce complex documents, perform analysis. Will maintain databases. 5. Consistently promote a culture of Wellbeing, Empathy, Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, and Equity as outlined in the organization's WE CARE values.
