The Mobile Supervisor provides on-site supervision of Securitas Officers at a corporate campus in Hopkinton, MA. This role combines leadership, patrol, and response responsibilities to ensure high-quality security services. The Supervisor also serves as a key liaison between campus security operations, facilities teams, and other stakeholders.

High School Diploma or GED required; additional training or coursework preferred. At least 2 years of security experience, with prior supervisory or mobile patrol experience strongly preferred. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to learn and use security technology (CCTV, access control systems, reporting tools). Professionalism, integrity, and resiliency under pressure.
Regular use of a vehicle for patrol duties. Ability to walk, stand, climb stairs, and patrol for extended periods. Must be able to respond calmly and effectively in emergencies. May be exposed to inclement weather while on exterior patrols.
Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., pager or phone). Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private). Must have the legal right to work in the United States. Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English. Must have a High School Diploma or GED. Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
