5-7 years experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing, preferably in enterprise software or intelligent automation. Proven track record leading global campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes in matrixed, cross-functional environments. Technical proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM software, CDH, and analytics tools. Cross-functional leadership skills with demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams in unified organizational structures. Data-driven approach with experience using behavioral tracking, predictive analytics, and performance optimization. Strategic mindset combined with operational excellence and strong project management capabilities.
Experience marketing automation/workflow solutions to Fortune 500 decision-makers. Familiarity with Pega's platform or the broader intelligent automation ecosystem. Background in unified, cross-functional marketing environments or organizational transformation initiatives. Experience across APAC, EMEA, and North America markets.

Base salary range for this role is 98,800 - 150,500 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives. The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range.
