The Opportunity: As part of the Managed Services team, you will oversee the establishment and management of quality assurance and validation processes that align with business needs. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction, drive business growth, and maintain impactful executive-level client relations while mentoring the next generation of leaders. This role requires a focus on client satisfaction and adherence to quality and risk policies.

What You Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10 years of experience

What Sets You Apart:

• Preferred Degree in Engineering and Business
• ITIL Certified Certification preferred
• Establishing and managing QA & Validation processes
• Conducting independent risk assessments and alignments
• Aligning Service Contracts and Financials
• Assessing Client Data Protection planning and execution
• Providing leadership inputs as a Subject Matter Advisor
• Monitoring industry developments for Managed Services
• Directing and mentoring staff with talent management focus
• Detail-oriented with proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• Possessing significant knowledge of Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws.
