Lead Operations

This position will support our Event & Exhibit Services team. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or show-site based out of Avon, MA.

It is the responsibility of the Lead Operations to supervise and coordinate activities of production workers, while performing the same subordinate duties. Professionally interacts with customers, team members, and third-party vendor/partner representatives to provide the highest level of service excellence.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
  • Supervise and dispatch all work performed.
  • Perform activities of workers supervised.
  • Ensure that all equipment is returned to warehouse and broken or damaged equipment is tagged for repair.
  • Maintain consistently acceptable job cost.
  • Plans daily production schedule. Assigns standby labor as necessary. Maintains time and production records.
  • Estimate, requisition, and inspect materials.
  • Establish and maintain an orderly, efficient, and secure work area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent required. 3+ years of trade show, warehouse operations and/or related experience is required. Understanding with: Office software applications including but not limited to email, Microsoft Word, Excel, TSS and Concierge Elite. Must have ability to complete online reports, printing, posting, running inquiries and data entry.
