The Massachusetts Veterans Home at Chelsea (MVH) is currently seeking Kitchen Service Worker(s) to join their team on the evening shift! As Kitchen Service Worker, you will work in the Dietary Kitchen(s) by serving meals, prepares simple meals, dishes and special diets according to instructions. Also, set up food tray and delivers food to patients. Clean the kitchen, washes dishes, pots, and pans as well as store and put away food. As a KSW, you will ensure the safe, sanitary and timely functioning of the Dietary Department.
MVH at Chelsea is a Veterans Administration recognized State Home and provides long-term care (and Domiciliary Care – CHE) (and Adult Day Health – HLY) for veterans. The MVH is licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH), certified by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and is accredited by The Joint Commission (TJC). The MVH provides a full range of skilled nursing and ancillary services meeting the needs of our resident population.
