Hvac/Heating Service Technician/Installer

We seek a talented HVAC/Heating Service Technician/Installer to join our dynamic team. If you have 3-6 years of experience in residential heating and HVAC systems, a Sheet Metal License, and an EPA certification, we want to hear from you! Duties include installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating and cooling equipment. Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to understand system designs. Perform routine maintenance checks and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related concerns. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs. Document all service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed on equipment. Job qualifications include proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role, strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to repair various types of equipment, ability to work independently as well as part of a team, excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, and a valid driver’s license may be required for travel between job sites. Sheet Metal License and EPA Certification are required.
