• Assist in creation and implementation of training plans.
• Active participant in handling incoming concerns and corrective actions.
• Oversee benefits administration and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Utilize HR software such as ADP for efficient workforce management.
• Provide administrative support to HR initiatives and maintain accurate employee records.
• Collaborate with department heads to address workforce needs and improve organizational effectiveness.
