At Merrimack Health, we are committed to pay transparency and equity. The base salary range is $23.85 to $35.78 hourly, excluding fringe benefits and potential bonuses. Your final base salary will be determined based on your education, experience, licensure, and internal equity considerations. Offers are typically made below the top of the range to support future salary growth.
The HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Human Resources department by providing administrative, operational, and transactional support across various HR functions. This position supports Human Resources by managing administrative tasks, HR systems and records, and assisting with employee lifecycle processes. This role serves as a point of contact for HR inquiries, ensures compliance with policies, and contributes to team initiatives and reporting efforts. The HR Coordinator collaborates with cross-functional HR teams to support HR initiatives and process improvements. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Required: + Associate degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree. + Two to three years of progressive HR experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic, office setting. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. + Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. + Proven ability to develop strong, trusting relationships with diverse stakeholders, both internally and externally. + Demonstrated collaboration with excellent communication and follow-through.
Preferred: + Meditech experience + Working knowledge of HR labor laws and regulations
