Your qualifications for the Sr HR and Payroll Assistant position are as follows: High School Diploma, Associates Degree in related field preferred 2+ years recent/related HR experience 2+ years payroll processing experience Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS, payroll, and database systems Experience with ADP Vantage is a must Solid understanding of employment law, workers compensation, employee relations/training, organizational planning/development, safety, and compensation Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Professional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidential information Ability to work in a team environment to solve problems
