HR Admin/Receptionist Requirements: Must present as courteous and professional at all times Demonstrated flexibility, dependability and ability to perform multiple tasks Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to organize ideas in logical and clear fashion as well as be able to format memos, letters, etc. Demonstrate excellent organizational skills Proficient and knowledge of basic computer skills and various software programs including the ability to learn, use and train HPHAO’s electronic medical records Comply with Federal Regulations, 42 CFR Part 2, Substance Abuse Confidentiality Regulations and HIPAA Regulations HR Ticket System and Helpdesk Answer multi-line telephone and greet visitors Assist with HR duties as assigned; Sort all incoming mail, and prepare site mail bags daily. Distributes faxes as they come in. Filing, data entry as needed Utilize UKG (payroll and HR software) Attend training’s as outlined within the Employee Handbook Complete assigned tasks in a timely, confidential, and accurate manner Maintains boundaries and keeps all information received confidential Other duties as assigned
