About the Role: We're hiring a Helpdesk Engineer to support a global biotech company specializing in live organ donor transport. This is a high-visibility, customer-facing role requiring white-glove service and advanced technical support across both Mac and Windows environments. You'll be part of a critical team ensuring smooth IT operations for a mission-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-user support via calls, emails, and walk-ups
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
• Build and deploy new system images
• Manage incidents and update/close tickets using ITSM platforms
• Handle configuration issues, reinstall software/drivers/add-ins
• Perform general IT support tasks on-site

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of helpdesk experience
• Strong customer service and white-glove support skills
• Advanced troubleshooting in Mac and Windows environments
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting — must be able to use scripts to push updates and automate tasks
• Proficiency in:
• Active Directory (group creation, app assignment)
• Office 365 (admin-level knowledge)
• OKTA, JAMF, MDM, Apple Business Manager, Intune, Azure, Microsoft Entra ID
• Familiarity with AWS and ITSM ticketing systems
• Nice to Have: Experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms

Additional Details:

• Daytime schedule only — no night shifts
• Parking is covered if applicable
• Weekend work required
• 1–2 round interview process

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
