We are searching for the best talent for a Field Service Technician to be in Danvers, MA. The Field Service Technician is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong electro-mechanical maintenance experience to work on a console that is directly responsible for critical patient monitoring. In this role, the Field Service Technician will be responsible for providing preventative and corrective maintenance on Abiomed electro-mechanical products received into the Danvers-based Service Depot, occasionally providing on-site support to the customer. The Field Service Technician will also provide basic telephone support to Abiomed's customers and Abiomed's field-based Sales, Marketing, and Clinical Teams. This individual will also assist the Engineering/Quality SPR Teams with complaint follow-up, investigation, and closeout as required.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $18.50 to $29 hourly. Additional Description for Pay Transparency: The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
