Key Responsibilities:

  • Aid with hands-on Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Monitor, document, and report behaviors.
  • Implement individualized support plans and behavioral interventions as directed.
  • Foster a positive environment.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges and developmental or intellectual disabilities is preferred.
  • Preferred but not required: MAP & SafetyCare (QBS) training.
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
