DevOps Architect

We're looking for an experienced DevOps Architect to lead the strategy, architecture, and growth of a global DevOps function for an enterprise-scale multi-tenant SaaS platform. This full-time, hybrid position is based in Boston, MA, offering flexibility, collaboration, and the opportunity to shape the next generation of secure, cloud-native infrastructure. As a key technical leader, you'll architect modern DevOps frameworks, guide distributed teams, and partner with engineering leadership to deliver scalable, secure, and automated solutions. This is an ideal role for someone who loves both strategic thinking and hands-on implementation someone eager to influence technology direction and drive measurable impact across CI/CD, cloud automation, and platform engineering.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering (3+ years in architecture and leadership).
• Expert in AWS, GitHub, and CI/CD pipeline architecture.
• Strong experience with Terraform, automation frameworks, and IaC.
• Deep understanding of Linux systems, Bash/PowerShell scripting, and observability tools.
• Proven ability to implement shift-left security, SRE practices, and manage production automation.
• Programming background in Python, Java, or .NET.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Azure DevOps, Ansible, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with SOC 2 compliance and cloud governance.
• Proven track record building and leading distributed DevOps teams.

What You'll Do:

• Architect and evolve DevOps frameworks supporting continuous delivery for multi-tenant SaaS systems.
• Build internal developer platforms and automate cloud infrastructure using IaC.
• Mentor and lead DevOps engineers while driving platform engineering initiatives and operational excellence.
