Customer Service Representative

Adecco is working with a nation-wide company in search of a Customer Service Representative! This is a temp to hire opportunity. Hours: 9:00AM-5:00PM, Monday-Friday. Pay: $21.00/hour. Job summary: As a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure that we deliver on our promise of outstanding service. You'll work with customers, business partners and drivers to make sure we are meeting our commitments and delighting our customers at every step of the experience.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
  • Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
  • Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues
  • Monitor progress of delivery routes
  • Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders

What you'll need to excel:

At a minimum, you'll need:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You must be bilingual in English and Spanish in order to be considered for this role.

It'd be great if you also have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues
  • Solid ability to multitask
  • Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour. Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
