We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Salem, Massachusetts. This is a contract position, ideal for someone seeking a dynamic environment during the holiday season. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient order processing and communication.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders accurately using Shopify software.
• Provide exceptional customer support by answering inbound calls and addressing inquiries.
• Maintain clear and detail-oriented communication with clients to resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with order entry tasks, ensuring data is entered correctly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and support peak seasonal demands.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls to handle customer needs effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout all interactions.
• Utilize basic Microsoft Office applications to complete administrative tasks.
• Contribute to a positive and productive work environment by working closely with a team of approximately 10 people.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or call center operations.
• Proficiency with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is preferred.
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, business casual work environment.
• Willingness to complete any required pre-employment screenings.
