Customer Service Associate

We're seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. Duties include, but are not limited to, assisting customers with questions and recommendations, managing sales transactions, maintaining security of cash and company assets, keeping the store well-stocked, ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment, maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, and other duties as assigned. Skills and experience preferred include a high school diploma or equivalent, previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment, ability to follow instructions, ability to lift between 30 and 50 lbs., excellent customer service and relationship management skills, strong organizational and communication skills, and strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
