What You Do: The Assistant Clinical Director of Residential Services will provide direct care services in the ACCS (Adult Clinical Community Services). This will include overseeing the treatment and clinical documentation in compliance with the Department of Mental Health Rehab Option standards.
Who You Are: Must possess MA degree with independent licensure (LICSW, LCSW or LMHC), or license eligible and a minimum of 3 years of experience providing direct clinical care in a mental health setting. Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Must have knowledge of evidenced-based practices and modalities in mental health treatment. Must possess strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team. Must have a commitment to cultural competence and trauma-informed care.
