To manage overall BB SE & Micro / Neobiz Trade business by working in conjunction with SE RM`s and Micro / Neobiz RM`s. Increase penetration of customers for sustained revenue growth.
Achieve Sales Targets – achieve overall trade revenue and utilization targets by identifying and capturing, maintaining pricing discipline on fees and margins. Identity Opportunities – scan the market to identify potential trade prospects and opportunities within the Bank's target market that are best suited to Mashreq's trade product capabilities and presence. Develop Sales Strategy – work with Coverage colleagues, SE and Micro / Neobiz RM`s to focus your efforts on the trade opportunity within their portfolio. To maintain close contact and relationship with respective portfolio of customers such that we remain one of their main banks getting a major share of their wallet. To support the Trade Advisor manager to develop differentiated sales and business development approach for different regions. To coach SE & Micro / Neobiz Account Managers to enhance Trade business generation opportunities. To do joint calling with Account Managers and understand the client need and advise them accordingly. To ensure optimum client calls are conducted on a weekly basis to maximize primary trade sales. To proactively drive new-to-bank business to increase presence in the identified target segments. Intra-organization liaison ensuring Service Delivery to clients.
Supports all channels and understand client trade requirements. Seeks support from FTC/ FI / Compliance for any operational risk. Achieving annual revenue targets. Day to day focus on trade sales and its training, mentoring to meet trade sales needs and requirements. Understand and analyze customer behavior / needs from market data and competition. Guidance! Coaching to SE & Micro / Neobiz account managers to reach out to target segments for potential trade sales.
Preferably a graduate with 3 to 4 years' relevant working experience. Experience in Trade sales and products with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in this segment. Informed in market competition, industry practices and regulations for business banking. Depth knowledge of trade products and its sales for Business Banking customers. Strong analytical, problem solving, networking and financial management skills.
