• Employee Grievance handling.
• Support Administration (Security, Transport, Cleaning).
• Handle payment process.
• Support compliance health and safety function.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Final Year Undergraduate related to the field of Business Management or Human Resources Management or Physical Science.
• Excellent communication skills both English and Sinhala.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Candidates who have done many extracurricular activities will be prioritized.
• Proficient in presentations and sound knowledge Photoshop.
