KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare, maintain, and manage reports and presentations.
- Act as a liaison between the Employee Relations (ER).
- Address and resolve grievances promptly and effectively
- Coordinate and support HR initiatives and employee engagement activities.
- Assist with administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Fresh graduate or undergraduate in Human Resource Management or Business Management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- A proactive attitude with attention to detail.
