Linea Aqua operates across Sri Lanka and Vietnam, and in addition to swimwear, also offers activewear solutions to select customers, providing a comprehensive service across performance and lifestyle categories. Along with servicing its joint venture partner, Speedo, the company also services premier international brands such as In Private, Aerie, and Land's End, and is the go-to manufacturer for high-performance swimwear worn by Olympic athletes.

Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to collaborate with the maintenance team to identify and implement digital solutions for improved efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Support onboarding processes and maintain employee records
• Help organize and coordinate L&D programs, training sessions, and capability-building initiatives
• Support performance management process
• Design engaging learning materials, flyers and communication content using Canva or Photoshop
• Assist in HR events, engagement activities and communication campaigns
• Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR and L&D operations

Knowledge And Skills

• Undergraduate or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and design tools (Canva/Photoshop)
• Creativity and attention to detail in content creation
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work in a team
