KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Efficiently and promptly execute transport activities, ensure accurate payment to service providers, and reduce costs through cost-saving initiatives using technology systems.
  • Coordinate and attend to transport related matters within the relevant vehicle fleet.
  • Continuously monitor all transport fleet maintenance by setting controls, tracking costs, taking corrective measurements, and adhering to vehicle insurance policies.
  • Ensuring data is maintained for transport cost reduction projects.
  • Ensure daily transport requirements of the employees are met effectively and efficiently whilst adhering to company transport policies.
  • Make sure that all the functions are adhere to the security procedure along with adhering to the SOPs.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or Business Management from a recognized university of institution.
  • Proficient in English for professional correspondence, reporting, and presentations.
  • Capable of interpreting data, generating reports, and providing insights to support decision making.
