Key Responsibilities
- Assist in handling employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary cases for shop-floor and staff employees.
- Support documentation and tracking of employee relations issues, warnings, and investigations.
- Help maintain positive industrial relations, including support for union interactions and meeting coordination.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives such as welfare activities, safety campaigns, and events.
- Support implementation and communication of HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and factory regulations.
- Maintain employee records including attendance, leave, overtime, and incident reports.
- Coordinate with HR to support workplace safety, employee conduct, and shop-floor communication.
Knowledge and Skills
- Fresh graduate or undergraduate in Human Resource Management or Business Management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- A proactive attitude with attention to detail.
