Key Responsibilities:
- Handling employee grievances and employee relations activities.
- Responsible for handling head count related reconciliations and the other procedures.
- Support team for the training facilitation and to handle the VOP and the disciplinary processes
- Support team for the executive and intern recruitment process.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Undergraduates in Physical Science, Mathematics or Statistics from a recognized university.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
